1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirements

• Valid email address that you access regularly

1.4 Identity Verification

betph is required by law to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request, including but not limited to Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID card, or other acceptable forms of identification. We reserve the right to suspend account access or withhold withdrawals until satisfactory identity verification is completed. Documents submitted for verification must be clear, legible, current, and match the information provided during registration.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

2.1 Deposits

You may fund your betph account using payment methods approved and displayed on our platform, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency where available. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as specified for each payment method. betph does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

2.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your betph account at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and wagering conditions where applicable. Withdrawal requests are processed according to our standard timeframes, which vary by payment method selected. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name and verified through our security procedures.

2.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

betph maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law and international standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, large cash movements, or other activities that may indicate money laundering or financial crimes. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and relevant authorities will be notified as required by law.

2.4 Currency

All financial transactions on betph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, conversion will be performed at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

3. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

3.1 Bonus Terms

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, or employing strategies specifically designed to exploit bonuses contrary to their intended purpose, is strictly prohibited. betph reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings derived from bonus abuse, and terminate accounts engaged in such activities.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses awarded by betph are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and are clearly specified in the promotional terms.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All players must engage with betph games honestly and in good faith. The following activities constitute prohibited conduct and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

4.2 Game Outcomes

All games provided by betph utilize certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, betph's records shall be considered definitive. We reserve the right to void games or wagers affected by technical malfunctions, software errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Responsible Gaming

betph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose.

5. Account Security and Privacy

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party or allow others to access your account. You agree to immediately notify betph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. betph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

By using our Services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. 6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension by betph

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to betph or other users. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Creating multiple accounts
• Engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activities
• Money laundering or other financial crimes
• Underage gambling
• Using the platform from restricted jurisdictions
• Violation of fair play or gaming conduct rules
• Abusive behavior toward betph staff or other players

6.2 Termination by User

You may close your betph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. betph reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business purposes even after account closure.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. betph reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees on dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Notice will be provided prior to imposing any dormant account fees. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and resuming activity.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

While betph strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. We reserve the right to suspend or modify Services temporarily or permanently for maintenance, upgrades, legal compliance, or other operational reasons without liability to users.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

betph Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betph, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your betph account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on the betph platform are the exclusive property of betph or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use betph Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from betph without our express written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding betph Services, you should first contact our customer support team who will attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. All complaints should be submitted in writing via email with detailed information about the nature of the dispute. We will investigate complaints thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of betph Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

9.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws before pursuing litigation. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and betph regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of betph.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. betph may freely assign or transfer these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or notice.
